“I had a pipe break and flood the downstairs. In the midst of all the chaos of water remediation, I needed a plumber quickly. My online request was answered immediately. Service was fast and efficient. I even added a couple of non pipe issues and they were taken care of with no delay. I would recommend Hold Right Plumbing without reservations. Update: Still fantastic. Dealing with insurance, demolition, and in the midst of the chaos Hold Right Plumbing responds immediately. Is on site the same day. Professional. Excellent service.”

“Charlie from Tru Blu plumbing came out and gave me an estimate the day I called. A week later. My preference. He came out and fixed my three outside water spigots. One was so low to the ground and close to the house it has been an awful process to attach a hose and get it on straight for me for many years. He fixed that problem for me and I am so happy. He is very friendly and explains everything and affordable! Any plumbing needs I have I will absolutely call this company!”

“Charlie Herbert from Hold Right Plumbing was able to come out very quickly for my home's burst pipe and he even fixed another plumber's mistake for a very reasonable charge. They charge an additional fee of ~$250 for working in the muck of a crawlspace (fair), but he had everything on hand that he needed to complete the work fast and was extremely courteous and professional while getting it done. I've had similar work done for less, but it was not as professional, and had to be repaired again! Family-owned business, would recommend.”

“This company is awesome. I called their office at 10:00 a.m. and the (very polite) man told me they could possibly fit me into their schedule at the end of the day. Charles (the Journeyman) called to say he was on the way at 12:30 and he repaired the sewer mainline by 2:00. Their fee is reasonable, the workmanship top notch & everyone at Hold Right was pleasant and wanted to help us. You’re nuts to call anyone else!”

He contacted my tenant directly to coordinate timing, arrived promptly, and had the issue completely resolved. By 6:30pm, Charlie & Garrett had everything was fixed and we're calling me to settle up. Called Hold Right and he came and fixed it within a hour and found out all the problems with my shower and fixed them to. He went over and beyond what needed done and it was $400.
